Pneumatic Ball Valve Product Overview

2PC body structure floating ball valve, both of the body inwall and the trim place F46 OR PFA, to be used to shut-off and connect fluids, also can be used for controlling and adjusting fluid in pipelines. High performance pneumatic Actuator or Electric Actuator is optional. 

1. Features

• The fluid resistance is small, the inner wall of the lining ball valve is smooth, and the flow channel is unobstructed, which is the least fluid resistance among all valves;
• Operation is fast and convenient, just rotate the sphere 90 ° to complete the opening and closing action;
• The lining material is lined on the inner wall of the valve body by special molding process, which can resist the corrosion of strong acid and strong alkali medium. The combination of lining spherical surface and PTFE valve seat has good sealing performance and achieves zero leakage;
• Ball and stem integration design, eliminating the rotation angle difference, put an end to the pressure caused by pressure changes out of the possibility of pressure parts, to ensure the use of safety and reliability;
