Wellhead Safety Relief Valve
Wellhead safety emergency shutdown valve is a safety system designed to provide relief valve shutdown operation when an external power source is either unavailable or not dependable. Using a pump with control parts, a zero leakage circuit is in service to ensure valve movement does not inadvertently occur until a fail-safe signal received. Controls are typically pilot tripped, but solenoids can also be utilized for remote control. The control must be manually reset after a fail-safe operation has received.

1) Fusible Plug: Quickly trip circuit to shutdown position when exposed to the rising temperature of fire.
2) PSL/PLH: Customer preferred selection can be fastly associated into the circuit onboard the manifold or pipeline to provide automatic operation in the shutdown system.
3) Solenoid Valve: Low power consumption coils to provide efficient remote control shutdown.
4) Limit Switch: Valve open and close position with local indication and remote feedback.
5) Isolating Valve: Specially designed to forestall ice blockage of moist gas under low temperature.
6) Handwheel: Manually operating when the the other instruments are non-configured.
1) Easy to operate
It can directly pressurize and open the valve conveniently in spite of external conditions. Bright red-colored knob on manual valve provides highly visible local verification of system status being tripped.
2) Integrated
All components are integrated on one manifold, with all channel connections among each part designed within the module. The structure is compact, reliable and no leakage even in extreme temperatures. Sub-plate and control components are constructed of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum with stainless steel internals with IP68 protection.
3) Enclosed System
The whole system adopts volume compensating design, with the hydraulic control loop totally isolated with air, avoiding deterioration or contamination of the hydraulic oil. Especially, this self-contained emergency shutdown valve can be installed at any angle necessary.
4) Enclosed System
Specialized troubleshooting design provides a quick self-diagnosis system. With the help of handbook, the site engineer can get the real situation, and solve the issues by themselves or feedback to our technical support team.
