• Product Features

   A high degree of freedom is allowed when connecting the piston rod and the piston and when connecting the piston and the valve steam. This method can efficiently transfer thrust without pulling force and radial force between the components. This makes the seal life longer and the actuator work smoother.

2) Connection leakproof 

    Piston and piston rod are sealed in series by collaborative sealing method. This way there is zero leakage in various pressure levels and temperature ranges. This product can be used long-term without enery supplement. Quality sealing structure and excellent material make the overall seal resistance very small.

3) High performance Spring

    The spring is made of alloy steel, manufactured by hot rolling and forming. Steps of heat treatment are conducted to achieve stable rigidity and fatigue strength improvement as well as long term loading without any deformation. The surface is electrophoresis-painted with good anti-corrosion property.

4) Excellent finishing and coating

    The actuator's sealing cover is treated with electroless nickel plating and fine grinding, making the actuator wear resistance and corrosion resistance. This way it can work in harsh environment for a extensive period of time.
